← Open the checkerA practical second check
Export your issue as HTML if your publishing platform supports it. Paste it into the checker or choose the file. If your platform does not export HTML conveniently, its native preview is probably the better starting point.
Try a reproducible example
Choose “Try an example”, then “Check draft”. You will see three notes: unfinished TODO text, a link pointing only to #, and an image without alt text. Add the intended copy, destination and image description; check again. The result should have no flagged items, but it is still not publication approval.
Understand the notes
Line numbers refer to your source text. Merge tags can be legitimate: check them using your provider’s test-send function. Unsubscribe text may be added later by your provider. Empty alt text can be correct for decorative images. The checker does not make these editorial decisions for you.
Finish in your publishing tool
Check the subject, audience, schedule, factual sources and rendered preview. Send a test to an inbox you control. Open intended destinations safely yourself. Confirm the actual footer and unsubscribe process. Do not use an automated pass as a guarantee.
Privacy
Processing stays in this browser tab. There is no upload, analytics, account, local storage or checkout. Clear removes the draft and report from the interface; it is not a forensic memory-erasure guarantee. Downloaded reports are your responsibility. Never paste material on a shared device unless you trust it.
Experiment status
Free experimental utility. No paid edition, client endorsements, customer results or earnings claims. Feedback collection and public deployment have not been activated.
